Since 2005 Pat has been the Managing Director of LNG Worldwide Ltd, a consulting company offering advice, support and training in all areas of the LNG commercial supply chain. Previous to that Pat has 24 years of experience with the Shell Group of companies both in oil and natural gas. Her direct experience in LNG is in the area of developing and implementing LNG strategies for new market entrants and companies seeking to strengthen partnerships with LNG producers. This includes working in all commercial areas across the LNG value chain. Her work has included working with governments, NOCs, IOCs and utilities and she has advised on structuring and optimising LNG supply portfolios. Coupled with her commercial experience is also a strong grounding in fundamental market analysis and strategic planning.

David Ledesma is an independent gas and LNG consultant with 20 years’ LNG experience gained through the development of LNG projects in Asia and the Middle East. David provides commercial, financing and strategic support to national and international energy companies globally. He also gives commercial training courses on LNG in the UK and overseas, writes on gas and LNG and presents regularly at conferences. David was appointed a non-executive Director of Pavilion Energy in 2013, a member of the Energy Advisory Committee of JERA in August 2017 and is also a Chairman of the Natural Gas Programme, Oxford Institute for Energy Studies.

Tom is a chartered Naval Architect who started his professional career in British Shipbuilders in Barrow-in-Furness. He then joined Lloyd’s Register where he was involved in all aspects of shipbuilding and ship survey, finishing up as a Senior Passenger Ship Specialist. He joined Carnival Corporation & plc in 2000 and has had a variety of senior roles across the group, including 3 years as SVP Marine Operations for Costa Crociere. Tom is now SVP Maritime Affairs and is responsible for the LNG strategy for Carnival and regulatory affairs in Europe.

Steve Sawyer has over 35 years of experience in the downstream, strategic planning, commercial optimisation, operational and analytical roles and has worked for FGE since 2012, following five years with Petroplus as Manager, Production Planning & Economics at the Coryton refinery in the UK.
Prior to this, Steve worked for BP in a number of areas including their central Economics team, the London trading office, the Global Refining Strategy team and finally as Manager for Bitumen Global Manufacturing & Supply Optimisation. This followed several years working for Mobil in various roles in the European downstream, including, Systems Manager, Business Plan Manager, Project Manager (FCC Cat Cooler) at Coryton and a variety of other positions including process engineer, operations supervisor, planning, scheduling and analytical roles.
Steve has a BSc (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from Birmingham University in the UK.

Valeria is Marketing Manager of ADSP “Autorità di Sistema Portuale del Mare di Sardegna”(Port Network Authority of the Sardinian Sea). Valeria started her professional career in the Port of Cagliari in 2002 and before she was a lawyer in a legal office in Milan. She became involved in the cruise industry in 2004. She holds a degree in law from the Catholic University of Milan Italy. She became a lawyer in 1992 in the Court of Appeal of Milan. She attended a Masters in Common Law at the London School of Economics, London. UK.
She was a vice president of MEDCRUISE, the Association of the Mediterranean Cruise Ports between 2005 and 2008. She was director of Environment of the board of MEDCRUISE from 2008 to 2011. In October 2017, she became the Director of Sustainability/Environmental Issues of the Board of MEDCRUISE.
She has collaborated with The Maritime Economist (MEMag), a scientific magazine published by IAME (International Association of Maritime Economists). She wrote an article entitled "European Environmental Laws: Some Considerations for Mediterranean Cruise Ports published in The Maritime Economist. She has attended many international environmental conferences as a speaker and in particular she was speaker on behalf of Medcruise in many editions of the Green port conference from 2014 to 2018 .
She represents from 2017 Assoporti ( association of Italian ports ) in ESPO (European ports association) in the environmental Committee .
In February 2019, she was nominated as the Director of Directorate General for Mobility and Transport at the European Commission and a member of the Commission’s expert ports group: Sub Group of Sustainable Ports.
She was a speaker at the European Environmental Ports Conference in 2017 and and at the European Environmental Ports Conference in Antwerp in 2019.
0n 21 May 2019, she held a lecture at the University of Antwerp -Maritime Academy on the market, environmental and legal aspects of the European Directives relating to the cruise industry.
Valeria is currently in charge of the Port Network Authority of the Sardinian Sea. As Marketing Manager, she is responsible for leading the marketing activities of the Sardinian Ports ( seven ports) while giving support to the expansion of the Port Network Authority of the Sardinian Sea. Since 2013, she has been a member of the board of the Bank of Italy.

Peter serves as Managing Director, Global Head of Energy Products at CME Group. He is responsible for managing CME Group’s existing suite of energy products, including crude oil, refined products, natural gas, power, natural gas liquids, coal and renewables. In his current role, Keavey also works closely with customers to lead development and execution of new risk management tools for the energy industry.
Peter has more than 29 years of experience in the futures and options industry, including 15 years as a trader of physical and financial Energy products across the natural gas and crude oil and refined product markets.

Francis joined S&P Global Platts, the price reporting agency, commodity news and analytics publisher in 2006, to head their steel initiative. Now a Director in the price group, he leads a global team with responsibility for price assessment methodology and market development across Platts growing market reporting, in all commodity sectors.
Prior to joining Platts, Francis spent over 20 years trading metals and raw materials, becoming a Director at Coutinho Caro & Co Ltd in 1993. He also held senior management positions at Stemcor and Ferrostaal A.G. He initially trained at Mitsui & Co in London, having graduated in 1984 with a degree in Economics from the University of Northumbria, UK.

Gordon Bennett is Managing Director, Utility Markets at Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), responsible for sales and business development for ICE's European natural gas and power franchise, together with its international LNG, emissions and coal portfolios.
Prior to joining ICE in 2015, Mr. Bennett spent over 12 years at the energy broker Spectron. Mr. Bennett joined Spectron as Group Financial Controller in April 2002 and was appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer in February 2005. He moved to New York in February 2006 as Managing Director of North America and after Imarex’s acquisition of Spectron in 2008 was appointed Managing Director and Head of Energy at Imarex. He relocated back to London in February 2011 as Managing Director and Global Head of Energy and was appointed to Marex Spectron’s Executive Committee.
Prior to Spectron, he served as a Senior Manager in the Energy, Infrastructure and Utilities division of accounting firm Andersen and was responsible for several large energy trading companies. He also launched the Andersen Spectron Energy Indices in 2001.
He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales having qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1998. Mr. Bennett holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (with Honours) in Chemistry from the University of Edinburgh.

Keita Enjoji has assumed his current role in Singapore as of April 2016 and represents the LNG side of the business within Tokyo Gas Asia Pte. Ltd., to support the various mid-downstream business development activities across the South East Asian region, including but not limited to Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, and Indonesia. Also acting as an extension arm of the LNG procurement and trading division within Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd., to which he has belonged for the past 9 years following the Fukushima earthquake, he has taken an active role in the optimization of the company’s LNG portfolio. His LNG experiences include LNG trading & optimization(buy/sell, cargo swaps), contract negotiations(ST/LT), inventory management, LNG shipping schedule management.

Elena Sidorochkina, Head of LNG at OMV Gas Marketing & Trading, has 16 years of experience in the gas industry, with a particular focus on LNG since 2005. After graduating from the Russian State University of Oil and Gas in Moscow, Elena joined Gazprom Export Ltd., the export arm of Gazprom Group. In her initial role, she was involved in the development and implementation of the first ever contracts for pipeline gas supply from Russia to first liberalised markets in North West Europe. Following a two-year stint in the pipeline gas business, Elena spent a year on the LNG desk of Total Gas & Power in London, after which she returned to the Gazprom group to become one of the pioneer members of the company’s dedicated LNG team in GM&T. Elena was running a global team, represented in London and Singapore, with responsibility for developing Gazprom’s LNG portfolio based on strategic sources of the group (Russian projects) and third-party supply. The team was also dedicated to sales of LNG on a term basis to traditional buyers and emerging LNG markets. Elena joined OMV in August 2018 to head the team in charge of LNG trading and origination, monetising LNG related assets and developing LNG portfolio.
