Tom Choi is a noted international natural gas economist and strategist, who advises clients on energy economics and market fundamentals. During his 30-year career in management consulting, he has worked with senior management in client organizations on major energy projects, including pipelines, LNG terminals and storage facilities. Prior to joining BRG, he served as a senior advisor for McKinsey & Co and the Natural Gas Practice Leader for Deloitte MarketPoint, where he helped develop the World Gas Model. Mr. Choi provided testimony before a Congressional subcommittee examining U.S. liquefied natural gas export policy and has been quoted in publications including BBC, Forbes, Financial Times, ICIS Heren, Energy Journal, Platts, National Public Radio, Natural Gas Intelligence, and Oil & Gas Journal. He has a M.S. in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford University and B.A. in Economics from University of California, Los Angeles.
