Philip Lambert is Chief Executive Officer of Lambert Energy Advisory Ltd (LEA), one of Europe’s leading M&A and Strategic Advisory firms in the Oil and Gas sector, having been involved in over $60 billion of transactions in recent years.
LEA, founded in 1999, is headquartered in Mayfair, London, with senior representation in Oslo, Kuala Lumpur, Moscow and Tokyo.
LEA has also been deeply involved in the global gas industry. LEA has advised companies such as Petronas, Statoil, Wintershall etc. on transactions securing their position as leading gas players. LEA is also deeply involved in “Gas Advocacy” with policy makers in countries such as Japan, Germany, UK, Russia, Norway and UAE. LEA has also published major works on the Global Gas industry such as its “Gas Revolution” papers in 2010 and 2015.
Before 1999, Philip Lambert was head of Global Energy at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson and headed the team which advised on the privatisation of Gazprom and its subsequent Alliance with Shell in 1997.
