M.Bernannou was educated engineering in Ecole des Mines, France, and held his engineering degree in 2000. He then completed an economics master degree from Dauphine University in Paris. In 2008, he was admitted to Ecole des Ponts et Chaussée in Paris to do a Master of Public Administration (Corps des Ponts et Chaussée). M.Bernannou Spent 10 years working as a consultant for several international and national public and private organizations: Réseau Ferré de France, OLAF (European commission), Altran Technology, .Etc. He joined Masen in 2010 as senior advisor where he was in charge of Plan of Development (POD) of Ouarzazate Solar Complex. During 2011-2013, he was Director of sustainable development, then Director of training and industrial development. Until 2017, M.Bernannou directs the Moroccan Solar Cluster and the Moroccan Climate Innovation Center (MCIC) focusing on the development of green technology and their market. The Cluster/MCIC is the first green technology cluster, in the region, aimed at bolstering the competitiveness of emerging new energy technology industries through innovation and the use of market forces. To date M. Bernannou is Senior Advisor of His Excellence the Minister of Energy and Mines.
