Graham Hartnell

Graham Hartnell leads LNG & gas consulting activities for Poten & Partners in London. He has over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industries. He began his career in the oil and gas exploration sector and has subsequently worked in a variety of upstream and downstream roles in a wide range of countries across the globe. Previously he was Vice President with Nexant, following spells with Bechtel, Halliburton and Enterprise Oil. He has wide experience in developing corporate and sector strategy and providing commercial and technical support to oil and gas companies, governments, regulators and financial institutions on technical, economic commercial and financial issues related to oil and gas developments and markets. He has been active in the LNG industry for over 15 years advising buyers, sellers, project developers and governments around the world. He is an active member of a number of industry societies. He holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MSc degree in Geophysics and an MBA degree, specialising in Finance.
