Frank Harris

Frank has worked for Wood Mackenzie for over 15 years and focuses on delivering gas/LNG consultancy engagements for clients. In addition to working with many leading utilities and mid/downstream gas companies, Frank has advised upstream clients (NOC and IOC) on the development of integrated gas strategies. He has been involved in the financing of multiple LNG facilities and has advised on the procurement and sale of LNG. Frank is a founding author of Wood Mackenzie’s LNG Service and is widely recognised as a leading commentator on the global LNG industry. Prior to joining Wood Mackenzie he worked for Andersen Consulting.
